Zing is a very small, easy-to-use, incredibly easy-to-download screensaver program you can get for FREE to spiffy-up your computer with images from St. Stephen's Church!

Now Featuring: Jubilee 2000

Here's how to get our parish screensaver:

1. Click on this Zing invitation to go to the Zing photo album called Jubilee 2000. It will open it up in a new window, so you can simultaneously look here to read the rest of the instructions:

2. See the tab at the top of the page, called Picture View? If you click on this, you can view all the pictures that are in this photo album, one at a time.

3. Now notice the menu on the left side, and find the option called Add to Screensaver. Click on this, and you will be coached in how to download the Zing screensaver program. Once this is downloaded, restart your computer.

4. Return to the parish's Zing photo album (click on the Zing button in step #1 again). Then once again click on Add to Screensaver. This will automatically transfer the album into your new Zing screensaver program.

5. If your screensaver program is not up and running already, in your Windows task bar, use the icon to start the Zing Viewer.

6. In the Zing Viewer, choose the Zing Albums button.

7. The photo album you added will now be listed there. In the future, when you add more albums, they also will be listed there. (The sample on the right has 3 albums.) You can download as many different albums as you like ~ and even create your own. Put a check-mark next to the album(s) you want to use as the active screen saver.

8. You can see the screensaver images immediately if you go to the Menu in the Zing Viewer and choose Start Screensaver.

9. OR whenever your computer is idle for a few minutes, the chosen screensaver album will automatically start. You have total control of when and how to use your Zing screensaver in Settings on the Menu.

10. Note that on the Zing photo album webpage, in the column on the left, there is an option called Other Albums. These are from our parish collection of photos. Any of these can be used as alternative screensavers. There is never a reason to get bored with the same old screensaver!
